Somerset TRF Ride Day – Keynsham near Bristol
Sunday 15th February 2015
We are expanding our successful format for these events that we normally run on Exmoor to a new venue at Keynsham near Bristol.
Please note that this is a technical and challenging site and not suitable for the beginner or for quads. If you like hill climbs and more endure style riding, you will love it.
The vehicle parking and unloading point is at the site, post code BS31 2AJ.
Riding starts at 9.30am.
We offer fantastic quality food and drink and toilets so there should be is no need for you to have to go back to your vehicle other than at the end of the day. We also have first aid cover throughout the day.
Bikes/quads need to be road legal and suitably insured, sensibly quiet. There are no tyre limitations on this site.
There is a main loop around the area that we all go in one direction, this main loop is accessible for all on bikes and, quads and outfits. Branching off this main loop are as many sub routes that we have time to set-out. Some of these will be really challenging with hill climbs and trials type twisty routes. However all these sub-routes lead back onto the main loop at some point and we sign the route based on its difficulty.
The event is non-competitive and there for all to enjoy and there is place for all levels and abilities.
There is a clear benefit in you buying your ticket in advance on this page; you can pay by PayPal or by credit/debit card. If you are a TRF member, please add your TRF number in the box as you select and you benefit from the lower entry cost.
